Mills James is the in-house production and rigging partner at The Greater Columbus Convention Center. Our mission is to elevate Columbus-based events to a level commensurate with the city’s growing reputation and the tremendous changes taking place at the GCCC.

As one of the largest 100 percent employee-owned production companies in the country, Mills James brings a unique combination of event, video production and digital signage services to our Convention Center clients. We produce meetings and events, both large and small that will exceed your expectations both creatively and operationally.


  • There is a 20% service charge for all audiovisual equipment rental or package.
  • Specialized labor may be required for specific setups or events.
  • Equipment rates are listed per room per day.
  • A fee of up to 50% may be applied for event or service cancellation within 36 hours of execution date.
  • Equipment will be installed one hour prior to meeting start, based on room availability.
  • Supervisory labor may be required for groups bringing in outside AV companies.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
